Using and Managing Service Catalogs

Open Servcie Catalog Manager level 1 training

For you as a business user, the “Catalog Management” module comprises the basic tasks of creating and managing a service catalog (marketplace) as well as the role concept and business models.

Basic concepts

  • Understand the service catalog from a customer’s point of view

Standard User Level Module 2

Integrating a Software Service with OSCM

For you as a developer, the “Integration" module conveys the basic concepts of integrating services (SaaS and IaaS) with Service Catalog Manager. You learn how to integrate a sample SaaS service and get to know the basics of integration infrastructure services.

  • Configure the asynchronous provisioning platform (APP)
